Course Description
The Master of Human Resource Management programme is targeted towards individuals who wish to specialise in human resource management. The programme is tailored to working practitioners and future professionals alike, providing both international HRM perspectives and a deeper understanding of issues specific to the Maldivian context, thereby giving greater exposure and insights into the local context. It ensures that participants develop a deep understanding of the field through conceptual and experiential learning opportunities; get acquainted with the necessary tools and frameworks to develop and implement HRM policies and develop a reflective approach to practice through analytical thinking.
