MAPS Certificate 2 in Information Technology course will provide the intermediate level computing skills required to carry out secretarial and administrative jobs at organisations. The aim of the course is to produce students who would be able to efficiently use computers at the secretarial as well as managerial level in government offices as well as private organisations. The course will introduce students to the concepts of database management, presentation tools and basic graphics in addition to the skilled gained from previous level. The subject will be delivered through workshop sessions where students will be given a demonstration and practical hands on activities.
