Course Description
The Diploma in Early Childhood Education is designed to equip students with the skills, abilities and confidence needed to become early childhood teachers.
The qualification covers theories related to child development, pedagogical approaches appropriate for early childhood education as well as content areas that are necessary for the holistic development of children.
Apart from this, students will also gain valuable practical experiences in early childhood classrooms as they work with experienced teachers.
As a result of the knowledge, and skills developed through the course, the students would understand what it means to be an early childhood educator who embodies the highest standards of professionalism in their work with children, families and colleagues.
